Crush the grapes and remove stems. Place the crushed grapes into a fermentation vessel.

Add yeast to the crushed grapes and allow fermentation to occur for about 7-10 days, stirring daily.

After fermentation, press the mixture to separate the juice from the solids.

Transfer the wine to a clean barrel or container, add oak chips, and allow it to age for at least 6 months.

After aging, filter the wine and bottle it. Ensure bottles are sealed properly.

Label the bottles with information about the wine and its contribution to Ukrainian relief efforts. Distribute for sale.
