Preparation

1

Make the Crust

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine 1.5 cups of flour, 0.5 cups of granulated sugar, 0.75 cups of melted butter, and 0.25 tsp of salt. Mix until crumbly, then press into the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

2

Prepare the Filling

In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 large eggs, 0.5 cups of apricot preserves, 0.5 cups of raspberry jam, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, 0.25 cups of flour, and 0.5 tsp of baking powder until smooth. Pour the filling over the crust.

3

Make the Topping

In another bowl, mix 0.5 cups of rolled oats, 0.25 cups of brown sugar, 0.5 tsp of cinnamon, and 0.25 cups of melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture over the filling.

4

Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the filling is set and the topping is golden brown. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
