Serve with Options

Pour the brewed coffee or tea into cups. Add milk and sugar to taste, if desired.

Breakfast Entree Preparation

4

Prepare the Ingredients

Dice the bell peppers and onion. If using cheese, shred it and set aside.

5

Whisk the Eggs

In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them together with salt and pepper until combined.

6

Cook the Vegetables

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced bell peppers and onion, sautéing until they are softened, about 3-4 minutes.

7

Add the Eggs

Pour the whisked eggs over the sautéed vegetables in the skillet. Let cook for a few minutes until the edges begin to set.

8

Add Cheese (if desired)

Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the eggs. Continue to cook until the eggs are fully set, about 2-3 more minutes.

9

Serve

Scoop the egg mixture onto plates and serve hot alongside your choice of coffee or tea.
