Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Garlic mayo is a creamy sauce blending mayonnaise with minced garlic, often used to enhance various dishes.

Bright, tart, and easy drinking, our session sour offers a burst of juicy flavor. A combination of strawberry and kiwi will lend a vibrant color and tartness to this session sour.

Wash the fresh strawberries thoroughly and remove the stems. Slice them into quarters. Peel the kiwis and slice them into small chunks.

Prepare the Fruits

In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, slowly stir in 2 cups of light malt extract until fully dissolved.

Add 0.5 oz of Citra hops to the boiling mixture. Boil for an additional 15 minutes.

Add Hops

Remove the pot from heat and allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.

Cool the Mixture

Once cooled, transfer the mixture to a fermentation vessel. Add the prepared strawberries and kiwi, 1 tbs of lemon juice, and 1 tbs of sugar.

Combine Ingredients

Sprinkle 1 packet of sour ale yeast over the mixture. Seal the fermentation vessel with an airlock.

Add Yeast

Allow the mixture to ferment at room temperature for 1-2 weeks or until fermentation has ceased.

Ferment

Once fermentation is complete, carefully transfer the beer into clean bottles, leaving space at the top. Cap the bottles.

Bottle the Brew

Let the bottles sit at room temperature for an additional week to carbonate.

Carbonate

Refrigerate the bottles for a few hours before serving. Pour into glasses and enjoy your Wicked Weed Strawberry Kiwi Burst!
