At the start of the boil, add 1 oz of Hallertau Hops and 1 oz of Saaz Hops.

After 30 minutes, add 0.5 oz of Cascade Hops.

Mid-Boil Addition

Continue boiling for a total of 60 minutes.

Boil Duration

After boiling, cool the wort quickly to approximately 70°F (21°C) using a wort chiller or an ice bath.

Cool the Wort

Transfer the cooled wort to a sanitized fermenter.

Transfer to Fermenter

Add the package of American Ale Yeast to the fermenter and seal with an airlock.

Pitch Yeast

Allow the beer to ferment for 1-2 weeks at a stable temperature of around 68°F (20°C).

Fermentation

Clean and sanitize your bottles and caps.

Prepare Bottles

Dissolve 3 oz of corn sugar in 2 cups of boiling water. Allow to cool.

Mix Priming Sugar

Add the cooled priming sugar solution to the fermented beer before bottling.

Add Priming Sugar

Fill the bottles with the beer, leaving about 1 inch of headspace, and cap them.

Bottle the Beer

Let the bottles condition at room temperature for 1-2 weeks to carbonate.

Carbonation
