Remove the bottle from storage and confirm vintage and label. Chill the Dolores 'Ruche' 2024 Pinot Noir to 55–60°F (13–15°C) if it’s at cellar temperature. Rinse stemmed red wine glasses with a small amount of room-temperature water and wipe dry with a lint-free cloth to remove dust and odors. This helps the Pinotʼs aromatics express cleanly.

Prepare glassware

Hold the decanter or bottle at the base, tilt the glass and pour about 4–5 oz (120–150 ml) per serving, filling glasses to roughly one-third to half full to allow space for swirling and aroma concentration.

Pour

Swirl gently, smell, and take a small sip to assess temperature and aeration. If wine seems closed or tight, allow additional 10–15 minutes of breathing in the decanter or glass. If it feels too cold, let it warm at room temperature for 5–10 minutes.
