Fill a highball glass with ice cubes to chill it while you prepare the drink.

Mix Ingredients

In a separate mixing glass or cocktail shaker, combine the hojicha Japanese whisky and honey. Stir or shake gently until the honey is fully dissolved.

Add Coconut Soda

Slowly pour in the coconut soda to the whisky and honey mixture. Stir gently to combine, ensuring not to lose the carbonation.

Remove the ice from the highball glass and strain the mixed drink into the glass over fresh ice. Optionally, garnish with fresh mint leaves and a lime wedge on the rim.
