Method

Preparation of Chicken Wings

    Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

    In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Buffalo Sauce Preparation

Hot as Honey Preparation

    In a small saucepan, combine honey, chopped serrano peppers, and olive oil. Heat over low, stirring until well mixed and warmed.

Serrano Aioli Preparation

    In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, a finely chopped serrano pepper, and lemon juice until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Bang-Bang Sauce Preparation

    In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. Stir until smooth and well incorporated.

Coleslaw Preparation

Cooking the Wings
