Method
Preparation of Chicken Wings

Serrano Aioli Preparation

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, a finely chopped serrano pepper, and lemon juice until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Bang-Bang Sauce Preparation

Make the Bang-Bang Sauce
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. Stir until smooth and well incorporated.
Coleslaw Preparation

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrots. In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.
Cooking the Wings
