Fried Chicken Preparation

In a large bowl, combine buttermilk and hot sauce. Add chicken thighs, ensuring they are completely submerged. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Make Tomato-Shallot Relish
Finely chop the tomato and shallots. Combine in a bowl with a pinch of salt. Set aside.
Ranch Dressing Preparation

Mix Dressing
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Assemble and Serve

Assemble The Bucktown
On the bottom half of each brioche bun, layer shredded lettuce, fried chicken, tomato-shallot relish, house pickles, and drizzle ranch dressing. Top with the other half of the brioche bun and serve with string fries and fry sauce on the side.
