Burger Patties

Prepare the Patties
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground Angus beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently to combine without overworking the meat. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties, about ¾ inch thick.

Pickle the Peppers
Slice the serrano peppers into rings and add them to the saucepan. Remove from heat and let them cool before transferring to a jar. Store in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before using.
Raspberry Cream Cheese

Mix Cream Cheese
In a mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese and raspberry preserves together until smooth and well combined.
Bun and Fries

Toast the Buns
Slice the brioche buns in half and lightly toast them on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Prepare the frozen string fries according to package instructions, usually by baking or frying until crispy.
Fry Sauce

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until smooth and adjust seasoning to taste.
Assemble the Burger

Build the Burger
On the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun, spread a generous layer of raspberry cream cheese. Place one patty on top, followed by sliced pickled serranos, and then the second patty. Top with the other half of the bun.
