Cook the Angus Patty
In the same skillet, add the Angus beef patty and cook to your desired doneness (about 4-5 minutes per side for medium). Top with Swiss cheese during the last minute of cooking to melt.

Prepare the Potatoes
Peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips to make fries. Rinse them in cold water to remove excess starch.

Fry the Potatoes
Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry the potato strips in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels. Season with salt to taste.

Prepare Fry Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together ketchup and mayonnaise until well combined. Adjust the ratio to taste.
