Place the bottle of Stranger Wine Co. Rosé in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving, or in an ice bucket with equal parts ice and water for 20–30 minutes until well chilled (about 8–10°C / 46–50°F).

Chill and serve

Select a clear, tulip-shaped white wine glass or an all-purpose stemmed glass. If using ice, add 1/4 cup of ice to the glass for a chilled, casual pour (optional).

Open the bottle by cutting the capsule and removing the cork or unscrewing. Pour slowly to preserve aromatics and effervescence, filling each glass about one-third full (roughly 120–150 ml per serving).

Garnish each glass with a lemon wheel or an edible flower to highlight the wine’s summer-flower aromatics. Serve immediately so the wine shows its crisp acidity and minerality.

For each spritz, fill a large wine glass with ice if desired. Add 120 ml (about 4 oz) of chilled Stranger Wine Co. Rosé.

Build the spritz

Add 30 ml elderflower liqueur if using to enhance floral notes. If you prefer a lighter drink, omit the liqueur and proceed to the next step.

Top with 75–100 ml chilled soda water to taste (about a 3:2 wine-to-soda ratio for a balanced spritz). If you want a slightly sweeter finish, stir in 15 ml simple syrup and gently stir once to combine.

Garnish with an edible flower or lemon wheel. Serve immediately to enjoy the wine’s crisp acidity, summer-flower aromas, and minerality.
