If you prefer a slightly warmer serving to appreciate aromatics, remove from chill 10 minutes before serving.

Open the bottle carefully. Pour a small tasting pour (about 1 oz / 30 ml) to check aroma and flavor, then pour 4 equal servings into chilled white wine glasses, filling to the widest point of the bowl (about one-third full) to allow aromas to concentrate.

If desired, place 1–2 ice cubes in the bottom of a short carafe to maintain temperature for a longer service; avoid direct ice in the glass as it will dilute the wine.

Prepare fruit: core and cut the pineapple into 1/2-inch spears or small chunks. Peel and slice the mango into thin wedges. Slice the lime into thin wheels or cut into twists.
