Fit Turkey Wrap

Hull and quarter one medium strawberry. Place in a small blender or food processor with 2 ounces total fresh strawberries (reserve one for garnish), blitz until smooth. Strain through a fine sieve if you prefer a silkier texture. Measure 2 oz purée and set aside.

Prepare strawberry purée (if not using premade)

In a cocktail shaker or mixing glass, add the reserved fresh strawberry (quartered) and 0.5 oz simple syrup. Gently muddle to release juices and break the fruit down — do not over-muddle to avoid excessive bitterness from seeds.

Muddle

Add the 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice, 2 oz strawberry purée, and ice to the shaker with the muddled fruit. Pour in 6 oz chilled Brÿs Estate Rosé Cabernet Franc. Gently stir for about 10–15 seconds to combine and chill — avoid vigorous shaking to preserve the wine's bubbles and delicate aromatics.

Build and chill

Strain the mixture (double-strain if you prefer no seeds/pulp) into a wine glass or large rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Top with 1 oz chilled sparkling water and give the glass one gentle stir to combine.

Top and finish

Float or gently place the edible rose petals on the surface of the cocktail. Add the lemon wheel or twist to the rim or inside the glass. Optionally tuck a small mint sprig beside the lemon for a refreshing aroma. Serve immediately with a short straw or stirrer.
