Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, yellow Chartreuse, Mata vermouth, and orange bitters. Fill the shaker with ice.
Shake
Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain
Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish
Express the oils from the orange peel over the drink and drop it in as a garnish.
