1. Chill the Sake

Place the bottle of Junmai Daiginjo sake in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to ensure it is chilled appropriately.

2. Prepare the Glassware

Select small sake cups or glasses for serving. You may also opt for a traditional ochoko (sake cup). Ensure they are clean and dry.

3. Pour the Sake

Carefully pour the chilled Junmai Daiginjo sake into the sake cups, filling each cup to about 3/4 full to allow for appreciation of the aroma.

4. Serve and Enjoy

Present the sake to your guests. Encourage them to take a moment to appreciate the aroma before tasting. Sip and enjoy the exquisite flavors of the Kubota Manjyu.
