Dessert Preparation

1

Prepare the Fruit

Wash and chop the seasonal fruits into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

2

Make the Batter

In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

3

Combine Dry Ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.

4

Mix Everything Together

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.

5

Fold in the Fruits

Gently fold the chopped seasonal fruits into the batter.

6

Bake

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

7

Cool and Serve

Allow the dessert to cool for a few minutes before dusting with powdered sugar. Cut into squares and serve warm or at room temperature.
