Method
Prepare Water Base
- 1
Chill or Serve Room Temperature
If you want chilled still water, place the 1 liter of still water in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. Alternatively, serve at room temperature if preferred.
- 2
If using ice, add 8–10 ice cubes to each serving glass just before pouring the water to avoid diluting the water while it sits.
Optional Enhancements

Prepare Aromatics
Lightly bruise the lemongrass stalk by pressing the flat side of a knife along its length to release oils. Wash the cucumber and slice into thin rounds. Rinse the mint leaves and pat dry. Slice the lemon into thin rounds.

Infuse the Water
Place the bruised lemongrass, cucumber slices, mint leaves, and lemon slices into a pitcher. Pour the chilled or room-temperature still water over them. Add a very small pinch (about 1/4 tsp) of sea salt if you want to subtly enhance the minerality of the water. Stir gently to combine.

Resting Time
For a subtle aroma, let the water infuse in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes. For a more pronounced flavor, allow it to infuse up to 2 hours. If serving immediately, the water will have only a faint floral/citrus note.
