Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Dough

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape. Transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.

2

Cook the Steak

Season the steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until medium-rare. Remove from heat and let it rest before slicing it thinly.

3

Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the chopped onion and sliced mushrooms. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the onions are translucent and the mushrooms are tender.

4

Assemble the Pizza

Evenly distribute the sautéed onions and mushrooms over the rolled-out pizza dough. Add the sliced steak on top. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the steak.

5

Bake the Pizza

Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

6

Serve

Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a minute, slice it, and serve hot.
