Directions
1. Prepare the Lobster Tails
Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
2. Make the Herb Mixture
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
3. Marinate the Lobster
Brush the herb mixture generously over the exposed lobster meat. Allow it to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
4. Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
5. Grill the Lobster Tails
Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side down, and grill for about 5-7 minutes. Then flip them over and grill for another 3-5 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
6. Serve
Remove the lobster tails from the grill and serve them hot, drizzled with any remaining herb mixture.
