Parmesan cream, black truffle, organic arugula, house-made hot honey
In a small bowl, mix warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
Gradually whisk in grated Parmesan cheese until smooth. Remove from heat and set aside.
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
Spread the Parmesan cream evenly over the pizza base.
Drizzle black truffle oil over the cream layer.
Transfer the pizza to a baking sheet or pizza stone and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
Once out of the oven, top the pizza with organic arugula and drizzle with house-made hot honey.
