Method
Bahama Mama™ Base
Prepare white chocolate
Place white chocolate chips in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on 20-second intervals, stirring between intervals, until just melted and smooth (about 40–60 seconds total). Let cool 1–2 minutes.
Blend base
In a high-speed blender, combine frozen banana, frozen strawberries, frozen pineapple, coconut cream, Greek yogurt, melted white chocolate, and 1 tsp honey (if using). Blend on high, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed, until mixture is thick, smooth, and scoopable like soft-serve. If mixture is too thick, add 1–2 tbsp coconut cream or a splash of cold water; if too thin, add a small handful of frozen banana or ice to thicken.
Toppings
Sprinkle 1/2 cup granola in an even layer over one side of the Bahama Mama base to maintain some crunchy contrast.
Top with 1/2 cup diced fresh pineapple and 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries, arranging them artfully across the bowl.
Evenly scatter 2 tbsp shredded coconut and 1 tbsp chia seeds over the fruit and granola.
Garnish & Serve
Finish with optional lime zest, toasted coconut flakes, and a couple of mint leaves for aroma and color.
Serve immediately with a spoon. If preparing ahead, keep the base frozen and add toppings just before serving to preserve crunch and texture.
