Bahama Mama™ Base

Toppings

Optional Garnish / Add-ins

Preparation

Bahama Mama™ Base

1. Prepare white chocolate

Place white chocolate chips in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on 20-second intervals, stirring between intervals, until just melted and smooth (about 40–60 seconds total). Let cool 1–2 minutes.

2. Blend base

In a high-speed blender, combine frozen banana, frozen strawberries, frozen pineapple, coconut cream, Greek yogurt, melted white chocolate, and 1 tsp honey (if using). Blend on high, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed, until mixture is thick, smooth, and scoopable like soft-serve. If mixture is too thick, add 1–2 tbsp coconut cream or a splash of cold water; if too thin, add a small handful of frozen banana or ice to thicken.

3. Taste and adjust sweetness — add up to 1/2 tsp additional honey if desired. Transfer the blended Bahama Mama base into a bowl, smoothing the top with a spoon.

Toppings

4. Sprinkle 1/2 cup granola in an even layer over one side of the Bahama Mama base to maintain some crunchy contrast.

5. Top with 1/2 cup diced fresh pineapple and 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries, arranging them artfully across the bowl.

6. Evenly scatter 2 tbsp shredded coconut and 1 tbsp chia seeds over the fruit and granola.

7. Drizzle 1 tbsp honey over the entire bowl in a thin stream. If honey is thick, warm it 5–10 seconds in the microwave to loosen.

Garnish & Serve

8. Finish with optional lime zest, toasted coconut flakes, and a couple of mint leaves for aroma and color.

9. Serve immediately with a spoon. If preparing ahead, keep the base frozen and add toppings just before serving to preserve crunch and texture.
