Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

A rich & complex grape blend of Mt. Etna. Red fruit and earthy aromas, smooth tannins, blackberry jam finish.

Select ripe Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio, and Sangiovese grapes from the slopes of Mt. Etna. Ensure they are free from rot and pests.

Harvesting the Grapes

Use a grape crusher to gently crush the grapes, extracting the juice while leaving the skins intact.

Dissolve 1 Campden tablet in a small amount of water and add it to the crushed grape mixture. Sprinkle the yeast over the mixture and stir gently.

Cover the fermentation vessel with a cloth and let it sit at room temperature for about 7-10 days, stirring daily.

After fermentation begins, add 1 cup of sugar to the mixture and stir until fully dissolved.

Once fermentation is complete, transfer the wine into an oak barrel for aging. Seal the barrel tightly.

Allow the wine to age for at least 6 months to develop its flavors, checking periodically.

Aging Duration

Once aging is complete, carefully siphon the wine into clean bottles, leaving a small amount of space at the top.

Seal the bottles with corks and label them with the date and type of wine.
