Place the bottle of Medici Ermete Lambrusco Rosso in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to ensure it is nicely chilled.

Wash the fresh cherries thoroughly and remove the stems. Set aside. Rinse the mint leaves to remove any dirt and pat them dry with a paper towel.

Open the chilled bottle of Lambrusco Rosso and pour it into wine glasses. Add 2 cherries and a couple of mint leaves to each glass for garnish.

Serve immediately and enjoy the softly sparkling wine with its floral and ripe cherry aromas, complemented by the fresh garnish.
