Pasta and Crawfish Ingredients
Method
Pasta Preparation
Cook the Bucatini
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the bucatini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Crawfish Sauce
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the crawfish tails and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Combine Ingredients
Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
Mix Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked bucatini to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the crawfish sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
Garnish and Serve
Serve the crawfish pasta garnished with chopped parsley and alongside fried green tomatoes. Pair with your choice of soup or salad and a beverage.
