Haddock Preparation

Method

Haddock Cooking

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2

Prepare the Haddock

In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Brush this mixture over both sides of the haddock filets.

3

Bake the Haddock

Place the seasoned haddock filets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

4

Add Almonds

During the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle the shaved almonds over the haddock filets.

Vegetable Cooking

5

Prepare the Vegetables

While the haddock is baking, wash the asparagus and cherry tomatoes. Trim the ends of the asparagus.

6

Season the Vegetables

In a bowl, toss the asparagus and cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

7

Roast the Vegetables

Spread the asparagus and cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet. Roast in the oven alongside the haddock for about 10-15 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender and the tomatoes are slightly blistered.
