Cocktail Preparation
Prepare the Glass
Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water. Set aside while you prepare the cocktail.
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add the Texas bourbon, créme de mûre, pecan syrup, and fresh lemon juice.
Shake
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain
Remove the ice water from the cocktail glass and strain the mixture from the shaker into the chilled glass.
Garnish
Sprinkle the candied pecan dust over the top of the cocktail and place the pecan praline on the rim of the glass for garnish.
Serve
Serve immediately and enjoy your 'Come and Take It' cocktail!
