Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

A pale, subdued and elegant pink color with clean, pure and almost crystalline aromas of light citrus, red flowers, white fruit, and a touch of cassis.

Place the bottle of Raventos i Blanc De Nil Rosé Cava 2018 in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to ensure it reaches the ideal temperature of 6-8°C (43-46°F).

Chill the Cava

Carefully remove the foil and wire cage from the cork. Hold the bottle at a 45-degree angle and gently twist the cork to release it, avoiding any sudden popping sounds.

Open the Bottle

Pour the Cava into Champagne flutes or white wine glasses to enhance its aromas and flavors. Fill each glass to about two-thirds full.

Serve in Appropriate Glassware

Rinse the strawberries under cold water, pat them dry with a paper towel, and remove the stems. Serve them whole or sliced alongside the wine.
