Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

A Blend of Merlot and Pinot Noir Grapes. Notes of Plum, Strawberry and Raspberry with a Balanced Acidity

Carefully harvest 50 cups of Merlot grapes and 50 cups of Pinot Noir grapes. Ensure that the grapes are ripe and free from any blemishes.

Crush the harvested grapes in a large fermentation container to release their juices. This can be done by hand or with a grape crusher.

Add 2 cups of water to the crushed grapes to dilute the mixture for fermentation.

Sprinkle the packet of wine yeast over the grape mixture and allow it to rest for 15 minutes before stirring.

Cover the fermentation container with a clean cloth and let it ferment for 5-7 days, stirring daily to mix the juices and skins.

After fermentation, strain the mixture to separate the liquid from the grape skins, pressing down to extract as much juice as possible.

In the strained wine, add 1 cup each of plum juice, strawberry puree, and raspberry puree. Stir well to combine all the flavors.

Add Flavorings

Add 0.5 cup of sugar and 1 tsp of acid blend to the flavored wine, and stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.

Sweeten and Balance

Using a funnel, carefully pour the wine into clean, sterilized bottles, leaving some space at the top. Seal the bottles with corks.

Bottle the Wine

Store the bottled wine in a cool, dark place for at least 3 months to allow the flavors to develop and mature.
