A fruity strawberry shake made with real strawberries.

Strawberry Shake

Pick ripe Lambrusco grapes from the vineyard, ensuring they are free from any rot or damage.

Harvesting the Grapes

Crush the grapes to extract the juice. Add yeast to the juice and let it ferment in a controlled environment at around 18°C (64°F) for 7-10 days.

Crushing and Fermentation

Once fermentation is complete, press the mixture to separate the wine from the skins and seeds.

Pressing the Wine

Transfer the pressed wine to aging containers (oak barrels or stainless steel tanks) for 6 months to develop flavor.

Aging the Wine

After aging, filter and bottle the wine. Let it rest for an additional 3 months before release.

Bottling

In a large pot, boil water and add salt. Once boiling, add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cooking the Pasta

In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat.

Making the Sauce

Plate the pasta and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top. Serve with a glass of Lambrusco.

Serving the Pasta

Arrange mixed cold cuts on a serving platter. Pair with slices of cheese.

Preparing Cold Cuts

In a bowl, mix fresh berries with cream. Serve chilled as a refreshing dessert to enjoy with Lambrusco.
