Beverage Options

1

Coffee (hot)

Brew 1 cup (about 240 ml) of coffee using your preferred method (drip, pour-over, French press). If using pre-brewed coffee from a server, pour 1 cup into a mug and reheat briefly if needed. For a free refill, refill the mug from the coffee carafe or station. Let stand 30–60 seconds before adding dairy or sweetener.

2

Tea (hot)

Pour 1 cup (about 240 ml) of freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag in a mug. Steep black tea 3–5 minutes, green tea 2–3 minutes, herbal tea 5–7 minutes depending on desired strength. Remove the tea bag and discard. For a free refill, replace with a fresh tea bag and pour more hot water; steep again to desired strength.

3

Iced option (from refill)

To make iced coffee or iced tea from a free refill, brew a concentrated cup (use slightly less water) or let the hot beverage cool slightly. Pour over a glass filled with ice. Add ice as needed; note that melting ice will dilute the drink. For iced tea, you may brew double strength and cool to preserve flavor.

Add-ins (optional)

4

Milk or cream: Add up to 2 tablespoons to taste and stir to combine. Increase amount if you prefer a creamier cup.

5

Half-and-half: Add up to 2 tablespoons and stir to combine for a richer flavor.

6

Sugar or sweetener: Add 1 teaspoon at a time, stir, taste, and adjust until desired sweetness is reached.

7

Honey: Stir 1 teaspoon into hot beverages until fully dissolved. Honey does not dissolve as readily in cold drinks; warm slightly or stir vigorously.

8

Lemon wedge (tea only): Squeeze a lemon wedge into hot tea and discard wedge. Do not add lemon to milk-based drinks (it may curdle).
