In a large pot, combine 4 cups of water, sliced lemon, bay leaves, Old Bay seasoning, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

Cook the Shrimp

Once the water is boiling, add the large shrimp to the pot. Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.

Ice Bath

Remove the pot from heat and immediately transfer the shrimp to an ice bath (a bowl filled with ice water) to stop the cooking process. Let them sit for about 5 minutes.

Drain and Chill

Drain the shrimp and place them on a plate. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of horseradish, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.
