Mix the Matcha
In a small bowl, whisk together the matcha powder and a splash of hot water until smooth. This will help dissolve the matcha and create a lump-free mixture.
Combine the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add the Tito's Handmade Vodka, heavy cream, the prepared matcha mixture, and simple syrup if desired.
Shake Well
Add ice cubes to the shaker, cover, and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until chilled.
Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled glass and garnish with a sprinkle of matcha powder on top if desired.
