Preparation Instructions
Prepare the Espresso
Brew a shot of espresso and allow it to cool slightly.
Muddle Mint
In a glass, muddle the fresh mint leaves gently to release their oils.
Combine Ingredients
Add the cooled espresso, vanilla syrup, fresh lime juice, and coriander bitters to the glass with muddled mint.
Add Soda
Top the mixture with soda water and stir gently to combine.
Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge, then serve immediately over ice.
