Cooking Instructions
Cook the Fettuccine
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sauté the Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Then add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
Prepare the Sauce
Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly reduced. Stir in the diced heirloom tomatoes and cook for another 4-5 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
Combine Ingredients
Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet, tossing it with the shrimp and sauce. Crumble the goat cheese over the top and mix until well combined.
Serve
Serve hot, drizzling with Calabrian chili crunch and garnishing with fresh basil.
