Start by rinsing a chilled cocktail glass with absinthe. Swirl the absinthe around the glass and then discard the excess.

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the Old Overholt Rye, Vedrenne Peach Liqueur, D.O.M. Benedictine, lemon juice, Peychaud’s Bitters, and Fee Brothers Peach Bitters.
