Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Los Vecinos Mezcal, Vedrenne Grapefruit Liquor, Giffard Orgeat, grapefruit juice, and both types of bitters.
Shake
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
Garnish
Garnish with a grapefruit twist or a slice of grapefruit, if desired.
