Cooking Instructions

1

Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the campanelle pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2

Make the Cheese Sauce

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the flour and cook for another minute, stirring constantly.

3

Combine Ingredients

Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper, stirring until the cheese is melted and smooth.

4

Mix Pasta and Sauce

Combine the cooked pasta with the cheese sauce, stirring until the pasta is well coated.

5

Prepare for Baking

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mac and cheese to a baking dish and sprinkle the bread crumbs evenly on top.

6

Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and crispy.

7

Serve

Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve warm.
