Prepare the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Flor de Caña Rum, Dekuyper Pomegranate Liqueur, pomegranate juice, agave syrup, lime juice, and egg white.

Dry Shake
Seal the shaker and shake vigorously without ice for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.

Shake with Ice
Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.

Garnish
Optionally, garnish with pomegranate seeds or a lime twist.
