Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Meatball Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Wagyu ground beef, fresh ricotta, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- 2
Form the Meatballs
Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 3
Cook the Meatballs
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and browned on the outside.
- 4
Prepare the Tomato Sauce
While the meatballs are baking, heat your favorite tomato sauce in a saucepan over medium heat until warmed through.
- 5
Serve
Once the meatballs are done, serve them hot in a bowl with the warm tomato sauce poured over. Garnish with additional fresh parsley or grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
