Pasta

Method

Pasta

1

Cook the Fettuccine

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Chicken

2

Prepare the Chicken

Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.

3

Grill the Chicken

Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Alfredo Sauce

4

Make the Alfredo Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper, stirring continuously until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.

Combine

5

Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the cooked fettuccine to the Alfredo sauce, tossing to coat the pasta evenly. If the sauce is too thick, you can add a little reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency.

6

Serve

Slice the grilled chicken and place it on top of the fettuccine Alfredo. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
