Cocktail

Glass rimming (optional)

Method

Prepare glass

1

Optional rim

Run the lemon wedge around the rim of a tall Collins or highball glass to moisten. Dip the rim into celery salt to coat evenly. Set the glass aside.

2

Fill the prepared glass with ice (about 1 cup) so the drink will stay chilled while assembling.

Mix cocktail

3

In a cocktail shaker (or a large mixing glass) filled halfway with ice, add Absolut Peppar Vodka (2 oz), House Bloody Mary Mix (4 oz), fresh lemon juice (0.5 oz), Sriracha (0.5 tsp), Worcestershire sauce (3 dashes), freshly ground black pepper (1 tsp), and 0.25 tsp celery salt.

4

Secure the shaker lid and shake gently 6–8 times just to chill and combine — Bloody Marys are traditionally built or gently rolled, not vigorously shaken; a few firm inversions are enough to integrate the Sriracha.

5

Taste and adjust: if you want more heat, add another 0.25 tsp Sriracha; for more tang, add another 0.25 oz lemon or a dash more Worcestershire. Stir gently to incorporate any added adjustments.

6

Strain the mixture into the prepared ice-filled glass.

Garnish and serve

7

Skewer the green olives (2) and the optional pickle spear on a cocktail pick and rest across the rim of the glass.

8

Place the celery stalk in the glass as a stirrer and garnish with the lemon wedge on the rim.

9

Serve immediately with a straw or stir stick. Provide extra Sriracha and Worcestershire at the table for guests who want to further customize their heat and flavor.
