Cocktail

Method

Rim (optional)

1

Prepare the glass rim

If rimming the glass, rub the lemon wedge around the outer rim of a highball or pint glass. Mix celery salt and coarse/smoked salt on a small plate, then dip the moistened rim into the salt mixture to coat. Set the glass aside.

Cocktail

2

Combine ingredients

Fill a cocktail shaker or mixing glass halfway with ice. Add 2 oz Absolut Citron Vodka, 4 oz house Bloody Mary mix, 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice, 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce, 3 dashes hot sauce, 1 tsp celery salt, and 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper.

3

Mix

Cap the shaker and roll or gently shake once to chill and combine (about 8–10 seconds). Alternatively, stir briskly with a bar spoon for 10–15 seconds if using a mixing glass to avoid over-dilution.

4

Prepare glass

Fill the prepared glass with fresh ice (about 1 cup or to the top). If you did not rim the glass, add ice now.

5

Strain and serve

Strain the mixture from the shaker into the prepared glass over the fresh ice. Give the drink a gentle stir to integrate any rim seasoning that may have fallen in.

Garnish & Finish

6

Garnish with a celery stalk and a lemon wedge on the rim. Spear a green olive (and optional pickled garnish such as a pickled green bean or pepperoncini) on a cocktail pick and rest it across the glass or drop it in. Serve immediately with a straw and stirrer.

7

Taste and adjust: offer additional hot sauce, Worcestershire, celery salt, or lemon on the side so guests can adjust to taste.
