Method

Cooking Pasta

  1. 1

    Boil the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Preparing Vegetables

  1. 2

    Chop the Vegetables

While the pasta is cooking, chop the bell peppers, zucchini, carrot, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes.

Making the Sauce

  1. 3

    Sauté the Garlic

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  2. 4

    Cook the Vegetables

Add the chopped vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, carrot, broccoli, and cherry tomatoes) to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.

  3. 5

    Add Broth and Seasoning

Pour in the vegetable broth, and add salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir and let it simmer for about 3-4 minutes.

  4. 6

    Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the vegetables and sauce. Toss everything together gently to combine.

  5. 7

    Finish with Cheese

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta primavera, toss again, and remove from heat.

Serving

  1. 8

    Garnish and Serve

Serve the pasta primavera warm, garnished with fresh basil. Enjoy your delicious and colorful dish!
