Cooking Pasta

Boil the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Chop the Vegetables
While the pasta is cooking, chop the bell peppers, zucchini, carrot, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
Making the Sauce

Sauté the Garlic
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Cook the Vegetables
Add the chopped vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, carrot, broccoli, and cherry tomatoes) to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.

Add Broth and Seasoning
Pour in the vegetable broth, and add salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir and let it simmer for about 3-4 minutes.

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the vegetables and sauce. Toss everything together gently to combine.

Finish with Cheese
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta primavera, toss again, and remove from heat.
