Boil Water
In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil over high heat.

Add Edamame
Once the water is boiling, carefully add 2 cups of edamame to the pot.

Cook Edamame
Boil the edamame for 5 to 6 minutes until they are tender but still firm.

Drain Edamame
Using a colander, drain the edamame and shake off any excess water.

Season with Sea Salt
While the edamame are still warm, sprinkle 1 teaspoon of sea salt over them and toss to combine.

Serve
Transfer the seasoned edamame to a serving bowl and enjoy warm or at room temperature.
