Preparation and Cooking

1

Cook the Linguine

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2

Prepare the Tomato Broth

In a large pot, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add 1 chopped onion, 4 minced garlic cloves, and 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes. Sauté until the onions are translucent.

3

Add Tomatoes and Seasonings

Stir in 1 can (28 oz) of crushed tomatoes, 2 cups of fish stock, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1 teaspoon of dried thyme, and salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes.

4

Add Seafood

Add the Dungeness crab, mussels, clams, prawns, fin fish, and scallops to the pot. Cover and cook for about 7-10 minutes, or until the mussels and clams open and the seafood is cooked through.

5

Combine and Serve

Add the cooked linguine to the pot and gently mix to combine. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
