2 oz Hanson of Sonoma Organic Vodka3 pieces Pickled Heirloom Tomato1/2 oz Olive Juice2 pieces Fresh Olives (for garnish)1 sprig Fresh Herbs (such as basil or dill, for garnish)

Mix the Cocktail

In a cocktail shaker, combine the Hanson of Sonoma Organic Vodka and olive juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds.

Prepare the Glass

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish

Add the pickled heirloom tomatoes to the glass, and garnish with fresh olives and a sprig of herbs on top.
