Heat 90 liters of water to 65°C (149°F) and add 10 kg of malted barley and 3 kg of corn. Maintain the temperature for 60 minutes.

Mashing

After mashing, separate the liquid wort from the grain using a lauter tun. Rinse the grains with hot water to extract maximum sugars.

Lautering

Bring the wort to a boil and add 200 grams of hops. Boil for 60 minutes while stirring occasionally.

Boiling

After boiling, cool the wort quickly to about 20°C (68°F) using a wort chiller or an ice bath.

Cooling

Transfer the cooled wort to a fermentation vessel, add 50 grams of yeast, and seal the vessel. Allow it to ferment at a controlled temperature for about 7-10 days.

Fermentation

Once fermentation is complete, bottle the beer with priming sugar to carbonate. Let it condition for another 2 weeks before consuming.
