If you prefer a salted rim, run a lime wedge around the outside rim of a rocks glass (or highball) and dip the outside rim into coarse salt to lightly coat. Fill the glass with ice.
Add 2 oz Deep Eddy Lime Vodka, 0.5 oz fresh lime juice, and 0.5 oz simple syrup into a shaker filled with ice. Secure the lid.
Shake vigorously for about 10–12 seconds until the shaker is well chilled (glass becomes frosty).
Top with about 2 oz club soda and give the drink a gentle stir (1–2 turns) to combine without flattening the soda.
