Preparation

1

Cook the Pasta

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add 1 cup of elbow macaroni and a pinch of salt. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 7-8 minutes. Drain and set aside.

2

Mix the Cheese

In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and 0.5 cups of grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well.

3

Combine Ingredients

Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese mixture. Stir in 1 egg, 0.5 cups of breadcrumbs, 0.5 tsp salt, 0.25 tsp black pepper, and 0.5 tsp garlic powder. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Cooking

4

Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

5

Form Bites

Using your hands, form small bite-sized balls or patties from the macaroni mixture and place them on a greased baking sheet. Leave some space between each bite.

6

Bake

Drizzle or spray olive oil over the bites for a crispy texture. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the bites are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

7

Cool and Serve

Remove the cheesy macaroni bites from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your cheesy, crispy bites!
